Admissibility of complaints
A complaint must be lodged within thirty calendar days of the facts that are the subject of the complaint. A complaint lodged after this period will not be processed.
How is a complaint handled?
After your complaint has been registered and found admissible by the complaints coordinator, you will receive confirmation that your complaint has been received. You will receive a reasoned reply by e-mail.
